Ingredients

    (2) 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    3 big avocados, diced small
    1 lb bacon, crisp and crumbled
    1 cup Sharp cheddar, shredded
    1 cup Pepper Jack, shredded
    1/2 cup diced jalapenos (I used diced jalapenos from a jar)
    1/2 cup inexperienced onions, sliced
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    1/4 cup red onions, diced
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp lime juice
    For The Coating

        1 cup buttermilk
        1 egg
        1 cup flour
        1-2 cups Panko bread crumbs
        2+ cups vegetable oil
      Instructions
      For The Cream Cheese Avocado Bacon Filling
      1. Fry bacon till crispy then region fried bacon on a plate lined with paper towels. Once cool sufficient to handle, crumble and set aside. 
      2. In a huge blending bowl, beat cream cheese for 2-3 minutes on medium velocity till creamy.
