1 Cup Quinoa rinsed
2 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
Drizzle Olive Oil or different impartial oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Chili Powder
