INGREDIENTS:

4 (1-inch-thick) ideal sirloin steak, patted dry
Kosher salt and freshly flooring black pepper, to taste
FOR THE GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES
2 russet potatoes, cut into 8 lengthy wedges

4 cloves garlic, minced

Place into oven and broil till the steak is browned and charred on the edges, about 4-5 minutes per part for medium-rare, or till wanted doneness.
Serve proper now with garlic butter, garnished with parsley, if desired.source
