INGREDIENTS

2 cups hen or vegetable inventory (plus extra as needed)
¾ cup orzo pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces white button mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
1 ½ teaspoons dried marjoram
1 bunch scallions, diced (include equally white and inexperienced parts)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS
