2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
2-4 tablespoons Gochujang sauce* (depending on wanted heat)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3-4 pound boneless red meat chuck roast cut into 1-inch cubes
