Hummus with Ground Lamb and Pine Nuts - a Middle Eastern Specialty
Hushwee is probably made with floor lamb or sirloin and is seasoned with my Lebanese All-Purpose Spice Blend made with cinnamon and floor allspice.

Hummus Platter with Ground Lamb - a speedy and simple Middle Eastern appetizer recipe
The finest edge about this recipe is that the hot meat and pine nut combination relatively heats up the hummus that's really how it's intended to be served: warm, now not cold. Just like a tomato tastes higher at room temperature, hummus tastes higher whilst it isn’t totally chilled.

Serve with warmed pita bread and a big Lebanese salad and dinner = done.

Your fork is waiting.
