INGREDIENTS FOR THESE FROZEN YOGURT BLUEBERRIES

Blueberries: I love recent blueberries for this recipe simply due to the fact they freeze into proper bite-sized pieces. You might also use grapes, quartered strawberries, or nearly any bite-sized fruit (like diced mango, kiwi, or watermelon).
Yogurt: You can use any yogurt you've got available here! I want a yogurt with a few sweetness (like vanilla or berry-flavored) incredibly than plain Greek yogurt.
Dipping a blueberry in yogurt with toothpick
To make those frozen yogurt protected blueberry taste bombs, you’ll simply dip every berry on your yogurt of choice, utilizing a toothpick to dip the berries in with out a mess.

Transfer the dipped berry to a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate, then pop them within the freezer! These don’t take lengthy to freeze, simply an hour or so.

Once frozen solid, pop them off the parchment and shop them in a freezer-safe container till in a position to eat.
