Ingredients

1 cup old skool oats see note
2 and 1/2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder I used Hershey's
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 medium banana (the extra ripe the sweeter the muffins)
1 big egg
1/4 cup Greek yogurt OR sour cream
3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
chocolate chips chunks, shredded coconut or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

Line a standard measurement muffin pan with 6 liners. Set aside.
