Bagel Sandwich

Avocado Bagel Sandwich



INGREDIENTS

1 sourdough bagel, sliced in half and toasted
1 avocado, mashed
2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 radish, sliced
Flax seeds
Hemp seeds
Sprouts
Chili flakes
Sesame seeds
Pumpkin seeds

METHOD


STEP 1

Spread avocado onto half of the bagel. Top with coconut yogurt, cucumber slices, radish slices, and a sprinkle of every ultimate ingredient.

STEP 2

Top the stuffed bagel half with the ultimate part of the toasted bagel.
