African Beef Stew





Ingredients



2 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 lb. stewing beef
2 Tbsp. GF curry powder
1 Tbsp. GF paprika
1 tsp. GF flooring black pepper
½ tsp. GF flooring cinnamon
1 big yellow onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. minced ginger, about 2-inches
1 yellow or orange bell pepper cut into big chew dimension pieces
2 big tomatoes, cut into big chew dimension pieces
1 cup coconut milk
4 carrots, cut into big chew dimension pieces
4 medium dimension potatoes, peel and cut into big chew dimension pieces
2 cups sliced inexperienced cabbage (the slices ought to be about 1-inch wide)
3 Tbsp. natural tomato paste
Sea salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat oil in big saucepan over medium heat
