Spicy Shrimp Ramen Bowls

Shrimp Ramen bowls will bring a cheap meal to the next level. Tender shrimp, crisp veggies and spicy Sriracha! Perfect weeknight comfort food.
Ingredients

  • 6 cups Chicken

  • 1 1/2 lbs Shrimp, med large
Produce
  • 3/4 cup Carrots
  • 1 Cilantro
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 2 cups Green cabbage
  • 1 Lime, juice of
  • 1/2 cup Onion
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Other
  • 3/4 cup Sweet pepers thinly sliced
  • 3 pkgs Ramen (seasoning packet discarded)
