  • 3 lb Beef chuck or brisket

  • 2 tbsp Chipotle
  • 1 tsp Coriander, powder
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion, brown or white yellow
  • 2 tsp Onion powder or garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 14 oz Tomatoes
Canned Goods
  • 2 cups Beef or chicken broth/stock
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Drinks
  • 3/4 cup Orange juice
