Healthy #Pumpkin Muffins

These healthy pumpkin muffins are naturally gluten-free, sweetened with maple syrup, quick and easy to make, and so perfecty pumpkin-y.

  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup

  • 3 cups Oats, old-fashioned
Baking & Spices
  • 1 cup Almond milk, plain or vanilla, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice, homemade or store-bought
  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
