Egg Drop Soup

This restaurant-style Egg Drop Soup recipe only takes about 15 minutes to make and it's my absolute fave.
Ingredients
∙ Makes 6 cups of soup
Produce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 3 Green onions
Refrigerated
  • 3 Eggs
Canned Goods
  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable stock, good-quality
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Sea salt and freshly-cracked black pepper, fine
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil, toasted
Other
  • (optional) 1/4 cup whole-kernel corn or creamed corn
