  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Green bell pepper and 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parsley, leaves
  • 3 Shallots (about 3 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 cup Tomato, canned

  • 1/3 cup Chicken or vegetable broth

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
