#Classic #Beef #Stew

Here's a good classic stew with rich beef gravy that lets all of the flavors come through. This is the perfect hearty dish for a blustery winter day.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
  • 1 cut into cubes 2 lbs stew beef
Produce
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4 Carrots, large
  • 3 Celery stalks
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Onion, medium
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 packet Hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar, raw
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
Liquids
  • 2 1/4 cups Water
