An easy recipe for baked scallops with a wonderful sauce of butter, lemon, and Parmesan.Ingredients

Seafood
  • 2 lb Sea scallops, large
Produce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley, dried
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt, coarse
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika, sweet
Dairy
  • 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 2 tbsp White wine, dry
