15 Minute Lo Mein! Made with just soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of sugar, ramen noodles or spaghetti noodles, and any veggies or protein you like. SO YUMMY! vegan, vegetarian.

  • 3 Green onions
  • 2 cups Julienne cut or chopped vegetables like carrots

  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 2 tablespoons PearlRiver bridge dark soy sauce
  • 1 1 tablespoon PearlRiver bridge light soy sauce

  • 4 oz Ramen noodles

  • 1 tsp Sugar
